Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://philssprinklers.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. Phil's Sprinklers provides Sprinkler Repair, Sprinkler Installation, Sprinkler Maintenance, Sprinkler Replacement, Sprinkler Valve Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Phil's Sprinklers or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Phil's Sprinklers reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Phil's Sprinklers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phil's Sprinklers's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Phil's Sprinklers in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Phil's Sprinklers from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
